When a child with bangs wants painting on the forehead, I offer a braid to keep the hair away with so their fine painting can be seen later. Plus points from the parents;) I usually roll the bangs to the side and fasten the braid together with the longer hair.
Since it is silicone instead of rubber, it is much easier to get rid of the hair later.
